OVGS hosts various virtual meetings using Zoom:

• Virtual Guild meetings are scheduled concurrent with in-person Guild meetings.  Frequently the two groups interact using a Zoom connection.

• Virtual Stitch Days occur on the first and third Sunday of the month from 1 pm to 4 pm. 

• During the months of July and August, Virtual Stitch Zoom sessions are scheduled for the evening of the third Wednesday of the month, starting at 7 pm.

• Some of the OVGS Programme classes and Workshops are held virtually.

• Since 2020 all OVGS Executive meetings have been virtual meetings.

• OVGS stitch-a-long groups use the Guild Zoom account for some of their meetings.

Members are notified of Zoom meeting times and links by OVGS Communications or by a coordinator for the specific activity.
